TIGERWERK Lack- und Farbenfabrik Qualitätswesen Prüfanweisung Farbstärke PA 25 1. Zweck / Ziel: Die Farbstärke ist ein Kennwert für das Färbevermögen einer Pigmentpaste. Dieser Wert wird in Abmischung mit einer zweiten Paste bestimmt. Die eigentliche Messung ist eine Farbdifferenzmessung. Durch die Bestimmung und die damit verbundene Einstellung der Farbstärke wird die Genauigkeit der Mischpastenrezepturen erhöht. 2. Beschreibung des Verfahrens: 2.1) Prüfgeräte Farbmeßgerät mit Software 2.2) Durchführung Die zuprüfende Pigmentpaste wird laut Prüfblatt mit der zweiten Paste vermischt. Hierbei ist besonders auf eine homogene Mischung zu achten. Mit dieser Mischung wird entsprechend des Prüfblattes eine Probetafel hergestellt. Die Prüftafel muß bei sichtbarer Verunreinigung vor der Messung mit einem weichen Tuch gereinigt werden. Als "QC - Funktion" (Menüpunkt 2) wird die Routine "Farbdifferenz" ausgewählt. Als Meßbedingungen wird "gr. Blende / mit Glanz" (Punkt 1) oder "kl. Blende / mit Glanz" angewählt. Nun wird der geforderte Standard aus der Meßdatendatei eingelesen, oder neu vermessen. Nach dem Anlegen der Prüftafel an die Meßöffnung wird eine Einzelmessung ausgelöst. 2.3) Auswertung Nach der Messung wird die Option 1 (Weiter) angewählt, und die Bewertung des Farbmeßcomputers abgelesen. Dabei wird primär die Farbstärke aus dem K/S-Wert betrachtet. 2.4) Dokumentation Die Meßergebnisse werden durch Ausdruck der Daten (Option 2) dokumentiert. Dieser Ausdruck wird dem Fertigungsrezept beigeheftet. 2.5 Freigaberichtlinie Die ermittelte Farbstärke sollte innerhalb eines Meßbereiches von 95 -105% liegen, ist dies nicht der Fall müssen entsprechende Korrekturmaßnahmen eingeleitet werden. 1.
