khoảng 134 km (2018) điều kiện thuận lợi cho phát triển nuôi trồng khai thác thủy sản Tuy nhiên, người dân đánh bắt chủ yếu Việc nuôi trồng thủy hải sản chưa trọng gặp nhiều khó khăn Năm 2010, tổng diện tích mặt nước đưa vào nuôi trồng thủy sản đạt 4.741 ha, diện tích ni thủy sản nước lợ: 2.457 ha; diện tích ni nước tồn tỉnh 2.284 Trong có 2.283 mặt nước đưa vào ni tơm Việc làm đa dạng đối tượng nuôi giúp bà tìm đối tượng ni phù hợp để phát triển việc nuôi trồng thủy sản địa phương Hiện nay, hình thức ni cá biển chủ yếu tỉnh nuôi lồng, bè tập trung vào số đối tượng quen thuộc cá chẽm, cá hồng, cá mú đen,… Tuy nhiên, nguồn cá giống kỹ thuật ni cịn nhiều hạn chế, qui mơ ni cịn nhỏ lẻ Vì vậy, việc tìm hướng giải để nâng cao hiệu kinh tế, mang lại lợi ích cho người ni xã hội cần thiết Trong vài năm gần đây, cá mú Trân Châu (cá mú lai hay cá song lai) loài ưa chuộng để ni biển Đây lồi cá mú lai từ cá mú cọp cá mú nghệ (♀ Epinephelus fuscoguttatus × ♂ Epinephelus lanceolatus), có tốc độ sinh trưởng nhanh, khả thích nghi với mơi trường sống tốt Lồi cá nhiều nước khu vực châu Á nuôi đạt suất cao Đài Loan, Trung Quốc, Indonesia, Thái Lan Philipine Tuy nhiên, Việt Nam nói chung Bình Định nói riêng, mơ hình ni lồi cá bắt đầu phát triển Con giống cá mú Trân Châu cung cấp cho người nuôi nước nhập từ nước khác Đài Loan từ số trung tâm thủy sản nước như: Viện nghiên cứu nuôi trồng thủy sản III, trung tâm giống hải sản cấp I, Hầu hết nhà kinh doanh nhập cá giai đoạn cá hương, người nuôi cần phải tiếp tục ương lên cá giống để sử dụng cho mơ hình ni thương phẩm Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu ương nuôi lồi cá cịn hạn chế, đặc biệt khả thích ứng độ mặn loại thức ăn phù hợp cho loài cá giai đoạn cá hương đến cá giống chưa nghiên cứu Xuất phát từ thực tế trên, tiến hành đề tài “Nghiên cứu khả thích ứng độ mặn thức ăn cá mú Trân Châu (♀ Epinephelus fuscoguttatus × ♂ Epinephelus lanceolatus) giai đoạn ương cá hương đến cá giống” Mục tiêu nghiên cứu Xác định độ mặn thích hợp loại thức ăn phù hợp cho cá mú Trân Châu giai đoạn cá hương đến cá giống, góp phần nâng cao hiệu ương ni lồi cá địa bàn tỉnh Bình Định Ý nghĩa khoa học thực tiễn - Ý nghĩa khoa học: Kết thí nghiệm làm sở khoa học cho nghiên cứu để hướng đến xây dựng quy trình ương cá mú Trân Châu phù hợp với điều kiện tỉnh Bình Định - Ý nghĩa thực tiễn: Đề tài góp phần nâng cao hiệu sản xuất đa dạng hóa đối tượng nuôi để tận dụng tối ưu tiềm mặt nước tỉnh Bình Định CHƯƠNG TỔNG QUAN TÀI LIỆU 1.1 Thông tin chung cá mú Trân Châu Cá mú Trân Châu sản phẩm lai đực cá mú nghệ (Epinephelus lanceolatus) cá mú cọp (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) Cá mú nghệ có tốt độ sinh trưởng nhanh, tối đa đạt đến kích thước vài tạ sức đề kháng tốt Ngược lại, cá mú cọp có tốt độ sinh trưởng chậm, thịt lại ngon ưa chuộng Kết tạo cá mú Trân Châu có tốt độ sinh trưởng nhanh chóng, sức đề kháng tốt, tiêu tốn thức ăn thấp, thịt ngon, giá trị kinh tế cao đầu dễ dàng Vì vậy, cá mú Trân Châu người dân ưa chuộng để ni thương phẩm 1.2 Vị trí
