(1)SH03056: SEMINAR Credits: credits (Lecture: – Practice: 0) EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES Course objectives Knowledge CELO1 COURSE EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES After successfully completing this course, students are able to Expected learning outcomes of program Synthesize scientific knowledge in presentations, use information technology in presentations ELO4 Skills Teamwork, logical presentation, concise, easy to understand, presentation style (facial expression, voice, body CELO2 language, ability to communicate with listeners), ensuring the specified time (12-15 minutes) Personal autonomy and responsibility CELO3 Implementation of classroom rules in theory and presentations CONTENT • Chapter : Choose topics, collect and review references • Chapter : Analysis and selection of presentation methods • Chapter : Build content presentations • Chapter : Presentation and seminar organization ELO7 ELO13 STUDENT TASKS ASSESSMENT METHODS • Attendance: Students are required to attend at least 2/3 of the total theory lectures of the course • Attendance: According to regulations of VNUA • Exercise and progress tests: Students must complete the exercises, 15-minute tests, group discussion and presentation with satisfied results • For online evaluation: Students need to install software and fulfill the requirements for online evaluation • Grading: 10 marks Triacetylchitotriose Diacetylchitobiose • Preparation for the lecture: Students are required to read lecture notes, text books and references before attending the class • Presentation of report: Students present to class about assigned topic • Reporting: Students need to submit their presentation report (hard copy) on the last day of the course • Weighting: Formative assessment: 20% Final exam: 80% • Group discussion and presentation: Students are required to engage in group discussion • For online learning: Students need to install online learning software and fulfill the requirements for online learning LEARNING METHODS • according to the study plan that lecturers have disseminated • Participate in learning activities in class: listening to lectures, answering questions, discussing in groups, doing practice as instructed by teachers • Online Learning LECTURERS Dr Tran Thi Binh Nguyen, 0944661010, ttbnguyen@vnua.edu.vn Dr Nguyen Huu Duc, 0399606099, nhduc@vnua.edu.vn (2)
