I. Aims and objectives :

* Language content : -To review some new words relating to one’s daily routine * Language function:To help the Ss to ask and answer about their own daily routine

* Educational aim: To make the students aware of the importance of the scientific time arrangement of their good daily routine

1. Language :

a Vocabulary: Review

b Structures: Review of “ what time / does ? 2 Skills : Speaking – Listening - Reading - Writing 3 Educational factor : Knowing to time our daily routine II. Teacher’s and students’ preparation :

1 Method: Communicative approach:

2 Techniques: Explanation-repetition-asking-answering 3 Material needed: Pictures-chart-timetable

4 Students’ preparation: Their own timetable 5 Previous exercises: Answer the questions

III. PROCEDURES IN CLASS :

1 Stabilization:3 minutes a.Warm–up: Greetings

b.Checking absence: who’s absent today? 2 Checking up previous knowledges: Time needed:5 minutes

* Questions:Asks the students to ask and answer about their daily activities * Keys to questions: According to each Ss’ ideas

I.Lead in - Asks the Ss:

+ What you after school? + What time you ….?

- Introduces the new lesson: Uses the pictures in the textbook to introduce Ba’s daily routine

” Look at the time table” II.Pre- Practice:

- Uses the timetable to introduce the daily activities - Reviews some new words and structures and asks the Ss to give some examples

III.While - Practice:

- Asks the Ss to look at the timetable to practice with partners about their routine - Calls on some pairs to practice before the class

- Asks the Ss to practice to ask and answer about their daily activities

- Calls on the Ss to go to the board to practice and gives remarks

- Corrects the Ss’mistakes - Asks the Ss to write the “ remember” in the notebooks IV.Post – Practice:

- Has the Ss exercises:

1 Hoa get / gets up at o’clock Mai watch / watches TV everyday

+ I get up at a quarter past six

+ What time does Ba get up?

+ He gets up at o’clock A quarter to ten

= nine forty A quarter past ten = ten fifteen

Half past ten = ten thirty
