người, chi động vật móng guốc có nguồn gốc đại lục Á - Âu Ngành chăn nuôi lợn phát triển với xu hướng cải tạo suất, chất lượng vật nuôi, nhiều giống lợn nhập nội để cải tiến giống lợn địa phương với việc khai thác theo kiểu tận diệt tạo khơng áp lực vấn đề bảo tồn nguồn gen địa Bên cạnh đó, có xu hướng quay lại chăn ni giống lợn địa ưu điểm trội: thịt ngon, bệnh tật, khả thích nghi cao, giá trị kinh tế lớn Việt Nam có khoảng 26 giống lợn địa, số có giống thuộc Danh mục nguồn gen vật nuôi quý cần bảo tồn Lợn Ỉ nguồn gốc tỉnh Nam Định, ngày nuôi hiệu kinh tế không cao đối diện nguy lớn tuyệt chủng Đặc biệt, lợn Ỉ đưa vào Danh mục nguồn gen vật nuôi quý cần bảo tồn Lợn Móng Cái giống lợn nội hình thành phát triển lâu đời, xuất xứ từ thành phố Móng Cái, tỉnh Quảng Ninh, với khả sinh sản cao Lợn Mường Khương với ưu điểm thích ứng tốt điều kiện tự nhiên, có chất lượng thịt thơm ngon giống lợn gắn liền với đời sống người H’Mông, thuộc tỉnh Lào Cai Giống lợn Hương có lớp mỡ mang mùi thơm tự nhiên, nuôi rộng rãi địa bàn biên giới phía Bắc thuộc tỉnh Cao Bằng Lợn Mường Lay chăn nuôi chủ yếu địa bàn thị xã Mường Lay, tỉnh Điện Biên, giống lợn phàm ăn, có tính kháng bệnh tốt Lợn Hạ Lang phân bố tỉnh Cao Bằng, giống lợn địa khác, quần thể lợn Hạ Lang ngày bị thu hẹp Hiện tại, giống lợn địa giảm dần số lượng, nguồn gen quý địa phương quốc gia Để cứu vãn giống lợn địa quý hiếm, nhà khoa học cố gắng nỗ lực bảo tồn nguồn gen chúng Đến nay, chưa có cơng trình nghiên cứu khoa học đầy đủ hệ gen giống lợn địa Việt Nam, nhằm làm sáng tỏ nguồn gốc quan hệ phát sinh chủng loại, phục vụ cho công tác bảo tồn nguồn tài nguyên quý Việc xây dựng sở liệu phân tử nguồn gen giống lợn chưa tiến hành khai thác cách đầy đủ Để giải vấn đề nêu trên, tiến hành nghiên cứu đề tài: “Xác định phân tích hồn
