SQP Assessment Criteria Tiêu chí đánh giá SQP Section - Management Commitment and Continual Improvement Mục - Cam kết Quản lý Cải tiến liên tục Assesses the degree to which a company’s management is commited to providing adequate assessment resources, effective communication, systems of review that identify actions taken and opportinities for improvement Đánh giá mức độ quản lý công ty cam kết cung cấp nguồn lực đánh giá đầy đủ, truyền thơng hiệu quả, hệ thống rà sốt nhằm xác định hành động thực hội để cải tiến 2 Section – Rick Management Systems Mục - Hệ thống Quản lý Rủi ro The company shall have management systems for assuring product safety, legality and quality (Applied basic risk assessment principles) Công ty phải có hệ thống quản lý đảm bảo an tồn sản phẩm, tính hợp pháp chất lượng (Áp dụng nguyên tắc đánh giá rủi ro bản) • Legislative and Safety requirement – the company must be aware of and make reference to up – to – date legislation, product standards, codes of practice and developments in science or technology that may impact the risk concerning their product and packaging in the countries of intended sales Yêu cầu Lập pháp An tồn -
