Chứng chỉ Starters, Movers và Flyers là ba chứng chỉ tiếng Anh thuộc hệ thống chứng chỉ YLE (Young Learners English Test) do Hội đồng Khảo thí tiếng Anh thuộc trường Đại học Cambridge tổ chức thi và cấp bằng. Các chứng chỉ này dành cho đối tượng mầm non và tiểu học. Tại Việt Nam, các chứng chỉ này rất phổ biến và được công nhận rộng rãi, là tiêu chuẩn đầu vào của nhiều trường trung học cơ sở điểm và các lớp tăng cường tiếng Anh. Đề thi Starters, Movers và Flyers bao gồm 3 phần: Listening: Kiểm tra khả năng nghe hiểu, từ vựng. Reading Writing: Kiểm tra vốn từ vựng, ngữ pháp và kỹ năng đọc của trẻ. Speaking: Kiểm tra khả năng nghe nói. Ở mỗi phần thi, trẻ sẽ được tính thang điểm trên 5 hay trên chứng chỉ sẽ thể hiện 5 hình khiên. Như vậy, qua 3 phần thi, số điểm tối đa trẻ có thể đạt được là 15 điểm hoặc 15 khiên. Tuy không có quy định về số điểm đậu rớt, mức điểm trung bình để đậu hiện nay là trẻ cần đạt được tổng số 10 khiên trên 15 khiên cho 3 phần thi và mỗi phần thi đều đạt tối thiểu 2 khiên. Có nghĩa là, mỗi phần thi trẻ cần làm đúng trung bình 70% câu hỏi và không có phần thi nào có điểm dưới 40%.
