Infunde Development Pte Ltd 1508 Vincom Center 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward District 01, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Infunde Development provides developer services for InfraCo Asia in respect of project origination, pre-financial close project development, EPC management and financial structuring activities in South East Asia (excluding Myanmar & Co-development Program) For projects approved by InfraCo Asia for its investment, Infunde Development will as part of its mandate with InfraCo Asia be responsible, on behalf of InfraCo Asia as project principal, for developing the project (http://infundedev.com/) In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Analyst for our Ho Chi Minh city office This position will provide you a chance for you to specialize in infrastructure segment, or technical specialty while also developing business experience and skills In particular: You will be joining our team and participate on the followings: ❖ Investment Valuation: o Conducting research and analysis on economy, market, industry and infrastructure company/project; o Conducting project’s site visit, fieldwork trip; o Evaluating project’s feasibility based on company’s mandate, economical profitability and other relevant investment criteria; o Preparing project’s memo report/proposal to submit for investment approval; o Coordinating and following up with relevant business partners/stakeholders; ❖ Project Management: o Preparing and keeping track project’s budget and schedule; o Preparing project’s financial model, updating financial model’s input to accurately reflect current situation; o Preparing project’s weekly/quarterly report and other project updates if required; o Carrying out project procurement tender and coordinating with procurement suppliers; ❖ Administrative/other tasks: o Preparing and translating documents and presentations; o Handling administrative works and adhoc assignments; o Other relevant tasks assigned from time to time Qualifications/Skills: o University degree (or equivalent) in Economic, Finance, Accounting field; o 0-3 years of experience in related areas; o Strong level of English proficiency; o Holding (or pursuing) one or more international qualification (e.g ACCA, CPA, CFA) will be an advantage If you are interested in this position, please kindly send your CV in English together with Academic Transcript and Degree Result to Mr Tien Nguyen’s email (tien.nguyen@infundedev.com) 10 Anson Road #26-10 International Plaza Singapore 079903 www.infundedev.com Co Reg No: 201600371H Phone +65 6223 2069 Fax +65 6338 6311
