(Backfilling) for construction with the deadline on June 20, 2013’’, my detailed action plan is as follows: Part I: Introduction to management of the first task under the project The main work of the first task under the project is land clearance, compensation and land preparation This task can be divided into two main activities as “Land clearance and compensation” and “Backfilling” The tasks are divided into 25 categories that need construction schedules In which, “Land clearance and compensation” consists of 19 categories (details in table 1) and “Backfilling” consists of categories (details
