ny (khong 180 m cho thộp C20 v khong 160 m cho thộp 20CrMo) cng khụng chờnh lch nhiu so vi trng hp thm ti 530oC Vỡ lý ú, thộp C20 v 20CrMo hon ton cú th thm ti vựng nhit thp ( 530oC) Nh vy, sau thi cng nh quỏ trỡnh hỡnh thnh hp cht cacbonitrit dc theo biờn gii ht ng thi loi thộp ny thng thm nit sau nhit luyn húa tt - cú t chc thộp kộm n nh nhit thm v ht tinh th thỡ rt nh Do ú quỏ trỡnh xõm ln nit vo ht tinh th xy nhanh, thm ti vựng nhit cao (530oC-550oC) tc phỏt trin lp thm nh ú m t khỏ ln khong 30 m/h thm lờn 30CrNi2MoVA v khong 24 m/h thm lờn SKD61 Th thm nit (Kn) l i lng quyt nh n s
