công tác hoàn thiện trong nhà được thực hiện từ dưới lên và bắt đầu sau khi tháo ván khuôn dầm sàn công tác trát tường ngoài nhà và sơn ngoài nhà được thực hiện từ trên xuống. Màu sắc của sơn gồm một số màu gốc, các màu khác có được là do pha chế từ màu gốc. Tất cả các hãng sơn đáp ứng được bảng màu để gia chủ lựa chọn. Màu trên lý thuyết của các hãng cơ bản giống nhau. Màu thực tế tùy thuộc vào chất lượng sơn, chất lượng thi công và hệ thống sơn lựa chọn của gia chủ.Sơn có nhiều chủng loại, nhãn hiệu nhưng phần lớn là sơn gốc nước. Gia chủ cần xác định được tông màu trang trí, sau đó căn cứ vào điều kiện đầu tư để đưa ra quyết định lựa chọn sản phẩm sơn.Màu sắc – chất lượng – chi phí có quan hệ mật thiết với nhau. Chất lượng phụ thuộc vào chi phí, trình độ thi công của thợ sơn và hệ thống sơn lựa chọn. Xét với cùng một màu sắc, chất lượng và chi phí tỉ lệ thuận với nhau. Các màu sắc pha chế giá cả cao hơn màu gốc nhưng không quá lớn.
