*Disassemble and inspect the carburetor1 Disassemble process

1 Drain the coolant from the engine2 Remove the air filter

3 Remove the throttle cable from the carburetor4 Remove the cable from the automatic

transmission

5 Remove the electrical connector to the carburetor

6 Remove the pipes include fuel line which supply

to the carburetor, connecting tube to the OVCV, anti-pollution pipes

7 Loosen the nuts evenly and remove the carburetor from the intake manifold8 Use a cloth to cover the intake pipe

- Listen to the valve's jumping sound when the power is turned on and off5 Check the heating coil of the automatic opening damper controller

6 Check the OVCV kit:

- Check the valve and valve seat

- Check the valve shaft movement check resistance

- Supply battery power to the two terminals of the valve

- Gently push the valve with your hand and check that the valve is tightly held
