Director: A director is the person who manages and supervises all

business activities and people as well as cooperative activities of the enterprise

Deputy director: The Deputy Director is also a senior personnel position

in the executive apparatus, handling and deciding on behalf of the Director when the Director is absent.

Front Office Depart-ment: The general role of the front office is to

receive guests when they arrive at the hotel for check-in and check-out procedures In addition, the hotel's telephone operators and guest communication functions are located in the Front-office.

Food Department: This department provides food and beverage services

to hotel guests Includes 3 other divisions: Bar Department, Stove Department, Restaurant Department.

Security Department: The security department is tasked with preventing

and dealing with potential and existing threats to guests, staff and property of the entire hotel.

Housekeeping Department: The main work that the housekeeping

department undertakes is cleaning, laundry, arranging furniture in the room neatly and neatly.

Engineer Depart-ment: Responsible for all technical issues,

maintenance of electrical equipment, water, carpentry, sound and light, Planning procurement, forecasting, maintenance to prevent risks

Human Resource Department: The role of the hotel human resources

PART 2 DESCRIPTION ABOUT STUDENT’S INTERNSHIP:2.1 General Task Description:

I spent 5 weeks on traniing in the MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel Company I went to the comany 3 days a week My working timetable is dependent on the working schedule of the company.

Office Time: - In the morning: from 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m - In the afternoon: from 1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m I would report my internship as follows:

I spent 5 weeks on traning in the MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel Company.

2.2 Weekly Tasks:

I went to MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel Company 3 days per week - Tuesday 07/02/2023: Morning: from 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.

- Thursday 09/02/2023: Morning: from 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m - Saturday 11/02/2023: Morning: from 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.

Tuesday 02/07/2023

- Getting acquainted with the ladies shift staff and work instructions - Being introduced to the front office, general information of the hotel - Observing shift handover among employees

- Getting general company information.

- Getting to know people as well as work in the company - Being equip with basic knowledge about my work in

- Supporting customers to take pictures - Supporting the sisters during the

- Knowing how to answer customer greeting phones, emails and company software - Knowing how to use work

I was assigned to the position of the company's receptionist when I was accepted into the MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel During the first week of the internship, I got to know everyone in the company as well as the work I did while working at the company I learned a lot of coping skills as well as how to deal with situations at work During my internship at MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel, I was acquainted with many new things such as the fact that I always have to listen and respond to customers' requests, always smiling and happy when

communicating In addition, I also learned how to communicate so that customers feel satisfied when consulting over the phone I found it very interesting to learn about new software references for the company's front desk work I had many

opportunities to practice the English skills that I learned in university and acquire new skills to help me improve.

- Assisting guests to the front desk to check-in to use the hotel's services - Supporting to receive guest's room card, stow luggage of guests when guests check-out and invite guests sit and wait.

- Getting instructions on how to take and mix welcome drink.

- Knowing the knowledge and skills required and the preparation activities of a receptionist before starting a shift, during work and after work.

- Knowing communication skills with customers, and support their requests

Thursday 02/16/2023

- Standing and opening the door- Welcome guests.

- Checking whether the refrigerator still has a welcome drink and check if there is a glass in the refrigerator to pour the welcome.

- Having many opportunities to be exposed to situations thereby improving the ability to handle situations.

- Having a lot of lessons and experiences for yourself.

During my second working week at MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel, I was assigned to do some more important tasks than last week such as: receiving and processing customer requests, entering documents and customer information when booking hotel services, communicating with customers, especially foreigning customers I was grateful that I have been in contact with customers more and understand their needs and desires So I felt better working here, I met more colleagues and had more relationships with them In particular, I can improve myself more as well as hone skills that I was not good at.

- Translating customer emails - Supportting to enter information and check-in guests arriving check in on software

- Observing the staff calling to ask the customer about the expected date what time tomorrow will come to check in and practice with other customers - Supporting guests to declare how to stay for international customers staying for many days.
