Ihe eunwit information system of universities is being developed independently, multi-platform; consequently, the building of EIS will face many challenges when inheriting available legacy system for conversion to the new system to fulfill new vision, stiategy and business requirements. This study was conducted using TOGAF architecture framework in combination with Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and AGILE software construction methodology. An experimental project at a university with the KPIs determination application of the lecturers was implemented to verify the feasibility of the design.
