On the other hand, I consider that people are able to learn to be an energetic leader because of some factors. When they are at school, they can learn and know some advice from their teachers. Doing teamwork is also a part of practical to become a good leader. As a result, the introverted could receive the guidance from those having the leader skills, and they might improve their skills. The second reason is that the knowledge of each person is different so if people try to practice and learning, it will boarden their horizon. From that they are become more confident to communicate.
