To C.C From Date Subject: : Mr Phu, EGD Manager : Mr Khoa EGD Deputy Manager : Ho Dinh Tran : 5/12/2022 220512- PAR TR14 AIR CONDITIONER IS OUT OF ORDER Facts of the event: On 5/12/2022, According to inform of driver TR14 on status of AC , we inspect that compressor of ac is damaged Action taken: After check electric system of AC, we found that the clutch of compresor is working property, It is also no leaking of AC system We use pressure gause to check pressure of gas of compressor and found gas pressure is not change as we engaged/disengage the clutch of AC.So we have conlusion that the compressor is damaged Estimated of loss: - AC compressor : - expansion valve :1 - Dryer : - Fan of AC :2 - Themostat:1 Clean AC system (hose, condenser, exvaporator), Analysis reason of incident: AC working under heavy duty, moveable part worn out leading loose ability of pressure gas of AC, as the compressor damaged, many debris was product cause damage expansion valve ,polluted AC system So we should recondition AC system for reliable working The fan of AC system is also weak Lesson and preventive: Wear and tear Thanks- Regards, Ho Dinh Tran
