User Interface Designer/Developer Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction (HCA), interaction design or related field and at least three years’ experience in user interface design for large-scale websites. Applicants must have expert skills in user-centered user interface design methods (prototyping, interaction flow diagrams, architectures, use cases, wire frames and interface specs), visual/graphic design and front-end user interface programming (DHTML, CSS, SML, JavaScript and AJAX). You must also have expert understanding of relevant standards and guidelines (accessibility, usability and W3C DOM) and database programming for the Web.
