In October 2022, my family and I scheduled a trip to Phu Quoc We went to the tourist service center in Hanoi to book tickets The staff guided me through the registration process we booked tickets for people, traveling by plane The center assures my family that I will also support a taxi to go to the airport, in addition to additional services such as a tour guide, hotel booking, and, street food tour, my family decided to choose the whole service package at the price of 10 million per person The departure date was 10/15, but unfortunately, it was raining heavily that day and there was a storm so all flights were canceled I contacted the ticket center asking for a refund but got no response then my sister and I went directly to the staff to complain but the staff attitude was afraid and uncomfortable, she did not accept responsibility and did not refund us, she said in the contract there is no which account requires the center to refund and she left on her own, not solving it for us I was very angry after that, I waited until pm to meet the manager, he with a cheerful attitude, and asked for help but he said he can't give me the full amount because this is a breach of contract, and offered to refund half the amount I think I was cheated this is the worst experience buying my travel ticket I will never come back here again
