Unit : Period : I/ Aims : FRIENDSHIP Section A : READING - Main skill : reading - Sub skills : speaking, listening II/ Objectives : By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able tounderstand III/ Teaching aids : Vmes poems, pictures, textbook IV/ Procedures : Stages/ Teacher’s activities Timing/Focus I/ Warmer :5’ * sing a song /recite a poem T-C - ask Ss to sing / to recite a friedship song/ a poem - then give some comments and give marks - ask to look at the picture in the book and answer the questions 1/ Who are the people in the picture? 2/ What are they doing? 3/ Are they having a good time? II/ Pre reading :10’ 4/ Do you have many friends?
