Article 3: Payment terms: After receipt of goods, T-TR payment will be paid to the seller account no: 8362810729520 at Vietcombank, Hai Phong Branch, or no 9372648364827 at VIB bank Thai Binh Branch. All goods will remain the property of the seller untill paid in full. Payment time is one year from the last day of delivery. In order to save money it is possible to many contracts with one transfer. 1 Article 4: Delivery date: Delivery will be carried out within one month from the signing date, from January 05th 2014 to February 05th 2014. Article 5: Arbitration Any diputes arising in the execution of this contract shall be firstly settled ambicably and mutual consultations. If no agreeable result can be reached, the dispute shall be finally settled by Vietnam International Arbitration Centre - VIAC near VCCI. The arward redered by the arbitration shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise agreed. Article 6: Others: Any change and/ or admendments to this contract wil be made in writing and subject to approval by both parties.
