Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, tháng 08 năm 2018 Tác giả luận án VŨ CẨM NHUNG iii TÓM TẮT Luận án nghiên cứu tác động vốn xã hội tới hoạt động NHTM Việt Nam địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh sở lần tích hợp chất lượng cấu trúc mạng lưới bên ngoài, bên lãnh đạo ngân hàng Bên cạnh đó, luận án lần kiểm chứng mối quan hệ vốn xã hội hoạt động NHTM Việt Nam địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh Luận án đạt kết nghiên cứu sau: Thứ nhất, luận án xây dựng thang đo đảm bảo giá trị nội dung độ tin cậy, bao gồm: thang đo vốn xã hội thang đo đa hướng bậc ba với thành phần bậc hai vốn xã hội lãnh đạo, vốn xã hội bên ngoài, vốn xã hội bên ngân hàng; Các hoạt động ngân hàng thang đo đơn hướng, bao gồm hoạt động nguồn vốn, sử dụng vốn cung ứng dịch vụ Thứ hai, luận án khẳng định đóng góp tích cực vốn xã hội hoạt động NHTM (bao gồm tác động trực tiếp gián tiếp vốn xã hội ngân hàng đến hoạt động NHTM thông qua việc chấp nhận giả thuyết với hệ số hồi quy chuẩn hóa chấp nhận mức ý nghĩa 1%) Thứ ba, luận án hiệu ứng tích cực tiêu cực vốn xã hội ngành ngân hàng từ làm sở cho việc gợi ý sách hạn chế hiệu ứng tiêu cực vốn xã hội cho ngành ngân hàng Thứ tư, luận án có đóng góp quan trọng mặt lý thuyết bổ sung đặc trưng vai trò vốn xã hội ngành ngân hàng mà nghiên cứu trước bị khiếm khuyết Với kết đạt từ mơ hình thực nghiệm, mặt học thuật, luận án mang lại đóng góp sở bổ sung vào khoảng trống nghiên cứu thông qua việc cung cấp chứng thực nghiệm tác động vốn xã hội đến hoạt động NHTM Việt Nam địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh Xét bối iv cảnh Việt Nam nói riêng, luận án mang lại đóng góp phương pháp tiếp cận đóng góp chứng thực nghiệm khẳng định vai trò quan trọng vốn xã hội việc nâng cao kết hoạt động NHTM Thứ năm, luận án có đóng góp quan trọng hàm ý sách, giúp ngân hàng nhận diện đo lường vốn xã hội đồng
