án - Sử dụng phần mềm Material Studio để mô cấu trúc vùng lƣợng TiO2 có cấu trúc anarase rutile, TiO2 pha tạp ion đất hóa trị (Eu3+, Sm3+) với thông số cấu trúc tinh thể xác định từ thực nghiệm Kết cho thấy, pha tạp RE3+, độ rộng vùng cấm mẫu TiO2 giảm phù hợp với thực nghiệm Khả quang xúc tác TiO2 pha tạp Sm3+ tốt TiO2 pha tạp Eu3+ tốt mẫu TiO2 không pha tạp Đây kết quan trọng bƣớc đầu khẳng định tính luận án (điểm thứ ba) tiến tới việc triển khai ứng dụng vật liệu TiO nano vào lĩnh vực môi trƣờng Trên sở kết đạt đƣợc, đề xuất số vấn đề sau - Nghiên cứu tính chất quang ion đất đồng pha
