And then asks Ss to repeat the ABC -T calls some Ss read the alphabet in chorus and then in individual. II. Rub out and remember dialogue: -T puts a short dialogue on the board. What's your name? My name's Lan. How do you spell it? L-A-N Lan. T reads sentence by sentence and asks Ss to repeat in chorus. T rubs out some of the words. -T presents the target language. +Structure: How + do / does + S + spell it? B. Practice: I. Listen and repeat: -T asks Ss to repeat in chorus and then individual. II. Practice spelling their name Ss listen to the ABC song and then repeat the alphabet. -Ss read in chorus and then individual. Ss practice saying it.
