p = 0.5230 The highest of serotonin level was at mild depressive disorder group (47.69 ± 38.77 ng/mL) and the lowest of serotonin level was at severe depressive disorder group (30.06 ± 17.57 ng/mL) Analysis of ANOVA variance showed that serotonin level were not statistically significant (p > 0.05) (F = 0.65;
