2012 when Bintulu Development Authority permitted me to research into the practicing corporate social responsibility aspects of the organization since its establishment in 1978 for advancing knowledge in the areas Under the leadership of Bintulu Development Authority’s top management, the recent industrialization process, and township modernization in Bintulu have moved to a whole new level Therefore, this study is timely and compelling in an era calling for greater public accountability and sustainable development As the premier industrial town in Malaysia, it seems that Bintulu is well positioned to attain the friendly industrial city status by the year 2020 as articulated in the vision statement of Bintulu Development Authority Outside my immediate environment, I am thankful to all
