in the areas Under the leadership of Bintulu Development Authority’s top management, the recent industrialization process, and township modernization in Bintulu have moved to a whole new level Therefore, this study is timely and compelling in an era calling for greater public accountability and sustainable development As the premier industrial town in Malaysia, it seems that Bintulu is well
