The purpose and research tasks of the thesis 2.1 Purpose Based on clarifying the theoretical issues about filial piety and the change of filial piety in Vietnam, the thesis analyzes the current state deciding on a partner In today's Vietnamese family, in return for the gratitude of their parents, most of their children are striving to learn and practice, overcome all difficulties and temptations and social morality Talking about filial piety is not about an old thing but about an eternal value Regardless of the era, filial piety with parents is always expressed in reverence, obedience to parents, inheritance and promotion of the will of ancestors to make their family and lineage honorable; take care and support their parents with respect, especially when elderly and sick parents; take care of funerals and worship when parents pass away Over time, filial piety persists and continues to assert its great role in social life Society is always campaigning and developing, therefore, human moral values are static, but not "immutable" Under the impact of market economy; process of globalization and international integration; changes in family size, structure and function; The State's policies and laws and filial piety education in Vietnam are now changing in both directions: positive and negative On the positive side, today most children have an attitude of reverence for
