ưu so với cầu lỗ hổng lớn Si3- Si4- void Thể tích cầu lỗ hổng tăng dần vùng biến dạng đàn hồi tăng nhanh vùng biến dạng dẻo (khi độ biến dạng tăng đến 0,377) hình 4.12 Khi trình lan truyền đứt gãy xảy (sau độ biến dạng 0,377), thể tích cầu lỗ hổng giảm xếp lại cấu trúc để quay trạng thái ban đầu Để xem xét vai trò cầu lớn hình thành đám cầu dẫn đến lan truyền đứt gãy mẫu, tìm phân bố cầu lỗ hổng lớn theo biến dạng biểu diễn hình 4.13 Kết cho thấy cầu lỗ hổng lớn chủ yếu cầu Si4void O-void, chúng đóng vai trò chủ yếu lớn lên kết cụm cầu lỗ hổng Các cầu lỗ hổng lớn có bán kính lớn 2Å trực quan hóa hình 4.14 Ở độ biến dạng 0,127, có cầu Si4-void O-void xuất kết hợp tạo thành đám cầu lỗ hổng Khi độ biến dạng tăng lên 0,271, cầu lỗ hổng phát triển thành đám lớn cầu O-void chiếm đa phần Khi trình lan truyền đứt gãy xảy (ở độ biến dạng 0,377), hầu hết cầu lỗ hổng kết cụm lại thành đám cầu lỗ hổng mà chủ yếu cầu O-void Như vậy, O-void cầu lỗ hổng đóng vai trò chủ yếu 102 phát triển kết cụm hồng: Si34-void, màu xám: O-void) Kết luận chương Phân bố cầu lỗ hổng lớn mẫu a-SiO2 mật độ 2,35 g.cm-3 Đặc trưng tính (mơ đun đàn hồi I-âng) vật liệu xác định phương pháp biến dạng đơn trục, phù hợp với số liệu cơng trình mơ thực nghiệm khác Mơ đun I-âng phụ thuộc mạnh vào thay đổi cấu trúc tương ứng với thay đổi mật độ vật liệu Dưới tác dụng áp suất nén, mật độ mơ hình thay đổi chuyển đổi ĐVCT, dẫn đến tăng lên mô đun I-âng Với vật liệu Al2O3 VĐH, mô đun I-âng biểu diễn thông qua tỉ phần mô đun I-âng ĐVCT Với vật liệu SiO2 thủy tinh, tính chất học mẫu phụ thuộc vào mật độ hay cấu trúc mẫu Các mẫu mật độ cao (3,59 g.cm-3 4,29 g.cm-3) chủ yếu gồm hai loại ĐVCT SiO5 SiO6, thể tính chất dẻo Trong đó, mẫu mật độ thấp (2,35 g.cm-3) chủ yếu gồm đơn vị SiO4 thể tính chất giòn đặc trưng Dưới tác dụng biến dạng, mẫu mật độ cao, xảy chuyển đổi ĐVCT từ đơn vị PT cao đơn vị PT thấp Các ĐVCT bị kéo giãn mà bị biến dạng Một vài đám tinh thể O trì tạo thành kéo giãn chứng tỏ q trình biến dạng đàn hồi-dẻo khơng đồng Ở mẫu mật độ thấp (2,35g.cm-3), ĐVCT SiO4 bị kéo giãn dẫn đến số liên kết Si-O bị đứt gãy tạo ĐVCT SiO3 Các cầu O-void đóng vai trò chủ yếu phát triển kết cụm 104 cầu lỗ hổng, gây lan truyền đứt gãy Trong vùng biến dạng đứt gãy, độ dài, góc liên kết phân bố cầu lỗ hổng quay lại gần trạng thái ban đầu Các kết nằm 04 báo đăng tạp chí sau: Giang T Nguyen, Thao T Nguyen, Trang mô ĐLHPT, Luận án xây dựng mơ hình Al2O3 VĐH, GeO2 SiO2 thủy tinh nhiệt độ 300K, áp suất từ đến 90 GPa Các đặc trưng cấu trúc tính mẫu phù hợp với kết cơng trình mơ thực nghiệm khác Luận án đạt kết sau: Khi nén áp suất cao, ba loại vật liệu ôxit Al2O3 VĐH, GeO2 SiO2 thủy tinh, nguyên tử O xếp có trật tự hơn, hình thành nên số đám mầm tinh thể O có cấu trúc hcp fcc Số lượng nguyên tử O tinh thể tăng lên theo áp suất nén Trong vật liệu Al2O3 VĐH, GeO2 SiO2 thủy tinh, số lượng liên kết chung cạnh liên kết mặt tăng lên áp suất nén tăng Sự tách đỉnh hàm phân bố xuyên tâm (PBXT) cặp gSi-Si(r) SiO2 thủy tinh mật độ cao nguyên tử Si liên kết với thông qua liên kết chung cạnh chung mặt Sự xuất đỉnh thứ hai hàm PBXT cặp gO-O(r) SiO2 thủy tinh mật độ cao nguyên tử O liên kết chung cạnh Mô đun I-âng vật liệu phụ thuộc mạnh vào thay đổi cấu trúc tương ứng với thay đổi mật độ mơ hình Dưới tác dụng áp suất nén, mật độ mơ hình thay đổi chuyển đổi ĐVCT, dẫn đến tăng lên mô đun I-âng Đối với vật liệu SiO2 thủy tinh, mẫu mật độ cao (3,59 g.cm-3và 4,29 g.cm-3) chủ yếu gồm hai loại ĐVCT SiO5 SiO6, thể tính chất dẻo Trong đó, mẫu mật độ thấp (2,35 g.cm-3) chủ yếu gồm đơn vị SiO4 thể tính chất giòn đặc trưng Trong q trình biến dạng đơn trục mơ hình SiO2 thủy tinh, mẫu mật độ cao xảy trình biến dạng đàn hồi - dẻo khơng đồng có chuyển đổi ĐVCT từ đơn vị có số phối trí cao đơn vị có số phối trí thấp Ở mẫu mật độ thấp (2,35 g.cm-3), không xảy chuyển đổi ĐVCT Tuy nhiên, số đơn vị SiO3 hình thành từ đứt gãy liên kết Si-O Các cầu lỗ hổng tiếp xúc với nguyên tử O (O-void) đóng vai trò chủ yếu phát triển kết cụm cầu lỗ hổng, gây lan truyền đứt gãy mẫu Trong vùng biến dạng đứt gãy, độ dài liên kết Si-O, phân bố góc liên kết phân bố cầu lỗ hổng quay lại gần trạng thái ban đầu 106 DANH MỤC CÁC
