áp suất khác Si2-O-Ca0 Si2-O-Ca1 Si1-O-Ca2 Si1-O-Ca3 Si3-O-Ca1 Si0-O-Ca4 Si2-O-Ca2 Si1-O-Ca4 Si2-O-Ca3 Si3-O-Ca2 Si1-O-Ca5 Si2-O-Ca4 Si3-O-Ca3 Đối với mạng CaO.SiO2 vô định hình, áp suất mơi trường phần lớn OT 2- 4+ 2- OSi2 (O liên kết với hai ion Si : Si–O–Si); phần lớn OT3 Si–O–Ca2 (O liên kết với ion Si 4+ 2+ 2- hai ion Ca ) Si2–O–Ca (O liên kết với hai ion Si 4+ 2+ ion Ca ); phần lớn OT4 Si–O–Ca3 Si2–O–Ca2, tỷ lệ Si-O-Ca3 Si2–O–Ca2 26,67% 5,27% Điều cho thấy cation Ca 2+ có xu hướng liên kết với ôxy không cầu (NBO) Ở áp suất cao, phần lớn OT Si–O–Ca3, Si2–O– Ca2 Si–O–Ca3; hầu hết OT5 Si–O–Ca4, Si2–O–Ca3 Si3–O–Ca2; phần lớn OT6 Si–O–Ca5, Si2–O–Ca4 Si3–O–Ca3 Nó có nghĩa cation Ca 2+ ln có xu hướng liên kết với ion có điện tích âm cao (NBO) Tuy nhiên, áp suất cao, số lượng NBO giảm mạnh (xem hình 4.13), cation Ca 2+ có xu hướng liên kết với NBO BO Đối với hệ MgO.SiO2 vơ định hình lỏng, áp suất khí quyển, cấu trúc OT y chủ yếu cấu trúc Si2-O-Mg, Si-O-Mg2 Si-O-Mg3 (xem bảng 4.14) điều chứng tỏ Mg 2+ 2+ có xu hướng liên kết giống Ca Hình 4.13 hiển thị phân bố số lượng BO, NBO, FO, O Si OSi, Ca hàm áp suất Có thể thấy quanh áp suất khí nồng độ BO NBO 39% 58% Trong nồng độ BO NBO MgO.SiO tương ứng 90 46,7% 47,8% (xem bảng 4.3), thủy tinh silic nguyên chất, hầu hết ion 2- O BO Điều có nghĩa việc bổ sung CaO/MgO vào thủy tinh silica làm cho mạng Si-O bị phá vỡ, kết tạo số lượng đáng kể NBO Trong thủy tinh ôxit đa thành phần, ion kim loại Mg, Ca, Ba, Na, K, Cs, Sr, Co kết hợp vào mạng Si-O thông qua NBO Bằng chế này, kim loại nặng nguyên tố phân hạch (chất thải nguy hại chất thải phóng xạ) cố định dạng thủy tinh Đây phương pháp hiệu để xử lý chất thải kim loại chất thải hạt nhân Tuy nhiên, với số lượng lớn NBO, cấu trúc mạng Si-O bị hỏng Bằng cách nén, số lượng NBO giảm điều làm cho mạng Si-O có độ trùng hợp tăng Mặc dù, số lượng NBO giảm, ion Ca mạng Si-O Điều giải thích sau: nén, ion Si 2+ 4+ tích hợp vào với số phối trí cao xuất (SiO5 SiO6) nhiều đa diện SiO5 SiO6 có điện tích âm SiO5 SiO6 có điện tích âm lớn BO nên dễ thu hút ion Ca - 2− SiO6 có điện tích âm cao SiO , SiO6 2+ (lưu ý đa diện SiO5, tất ơxy có số phối trí 2) Vì vậy, ngun tắc cố định chất thải nguy hại có mạng lưới nguyên tố tạo mạng với nhiều điện tích điểm âm Điện tích điểm âm NBO - (TOx) Điều cho thấy thay Si 4+ mạng SiO4 T 3+ (T nguyên tố tạo mạng với hóa trị 3+, ví dụ ngun tố Al) có đơn vị Tû lƯ (%) AlO4 có điện tích âm Hình 4.13 Phân bố ơxy cầu (BO), ơxy khơng cầu (NBO), ôxy tự (FO), ôxy liên kết với Si (OSi) ôxy liên kết với Si Ca (OSi,Ca) mạng CaO.SiO2 theo áp suất 91 Hình 4.14 hiển thị hình ảnh ba chiều mạng Si-O thủy tinh CaO.SiO tách 2+ 2+ ion Ca có ion Ca Chúng ta thấy mạng Si-O gồm nhiều NBO 2+ FO, liên kết vào mạng Si-O, ion Ca có xu hướng nằm vị trí gần NBO FO cụm SiOx Hình 4.14 Minh họa mạng Si-O với nhiều NBO lấy từ mạng thủy tinh CaO.SiO (trái) 2+ cấu trúc mạng thủy tinh CaO.SiO2 với ion Ca liên kết với mạng Si-O thông qua NBO (phải) Trong màu đỏ Si, xanh da trời O, xanh Ca 4.4 Kết luận chương Việc bổ sung nguyên tố điều chỉnh mạng Ca/Mg vào thủy tinh silica làm mức độ trật tự cấu trúc trật tự gần trật tự khoảng trung mạng Si-O giảm Chúng làm phá vỡ mạng Si-O nhiều NBO mạng hình thành Các 2+ ion Ca /Mg 2+ có xu hướng liên kết vào mạng Si-O thông qua NBO Cơ chế ứng dụng việc xử lý chất thải nguy hại cách cố định kim loại nặng đồng vị phóng xạ dạng thủy tinh Tuy nhiên, NBO khiến mạng Si-O bị hỏng Dưới áp suất nén, mạng Si-O polime hóa cao hơn, đồng thời tạo nhiều đa diện SiOx có điện tích âm Các đa diện SiOx có điện tích âm hút ion kim loại ion kim loại liên kết vào mạng Si-O Khi pha thêm nguyên tố kim loại Mg/Ca/Al vào mạng silica, hình thành khuyết tật tạo thành đám SiO x- hạt TOx- với kích thước cấu trúc khác Các cấu trúc chuyển đổi thành cấu trúc có số phối trí cao hệ silicate áp suất cao Bên cạnh đó, mạng Si-O hình thành vùng giàu kim 92 loại Mg/Ca/Al giàu Si với kích thước khác phụ thuộc vào nguyên tố Điều cho thấy không đồng cấu trúc tính đa hình vật liệu ôxit ba nguyên Các kết chương đóng góp vào cơng bố đây: Lan, M T., Duong, T T., Iitaka, T., & Van Hong, N (2016) Computer simulation of CaSiO3 glass under compression:
