ĐẶT VẤN ĐỀ Rối loạn giấc ngủ rối loạn ưu số lượng, chất lượng thời gian ngủ Có nhiều rối giấc ngủ khác nghiên cứu ghi nhận,chúng chẩn đoán phân loại theo nguyên nhân, thời gian, đặc điểm triệu chứng Trong rối loạn giấc ngủ nguyên phát rối loạn thường gặp lâm sàng, trạng thái bệnh tâm sinh nguyên phát với rối loạn ưu số lượng,chất lượng,thời gian ngủ [1] Theo số nghiên cứu giới, có khoảng 60,6% bệnh nhân đến khám sở chăm sóc ban đầu có vấn đề rối loạn giấc ngủ [2], 25 đến 35% bị ngủ thoáng qua ngủ 10 đến 15% dân số nói chung thường xuyên bị ngủ [3][4][5] Theo Lucinda Donaldson Praveen Kumar Chintapanti ngủ triệu chứng gặp 78% rối loạn tâm thần nói chung [6] Theo phân loại bệnh quốc tế lần thứ 10(ICD 10) rối loạn giấc ngủ mặt lâm sàng phân loại gồm: ngủ, ngủ nhiều, rối loạn nhịp thức ngủ, giấc ngủ bất thường [1] Trong rối loạn giấc ngủ rối loạn ngủ thường gặp nhất, với biểu ngủ gặp tất rối loạn đơn độc kết hợp với rối loạn giấc ngủ khác, bệnh tâm thần, bệnh thể, than phiền gây khó chịu khiến bệnh nhân cần phải khám để điều trị Hậu rối loạn giấc ngủ ảnh hưởng chất lượng sống,giảm suất lao động, tai nạn nghề nghiệp, mối bận tâm sâu sắc kéo dài giấc ngủ, kinh tế cho khám điều trị nhiều lần [7] Theo Ủy ban Quốc gia nghiên cứu rối loạn giấc ngủ Hoa Kỳ, ước tính chi phí trực tiếp việc ngủ Hoa Kỳ 13,9 tỷ đô la cho năm 1995 [8], theo Stoller tổng chi phi trực tiếp gián tiếp hàng năm liên
