Topic 1: A lesson lecture I’m going to talk about the English 7 reading lesson that impressed me a lot when I attended secondary school. It was quite long time ago, so I can’t remember the details but the lesson was about chores. students to read the text, he role-played as characters and using real objects that he prepared to demonstrate During the lesson, there were many chances for students to talk about doing housework, and get involved in competitive and educational games By this way, I remembered new words in class and nourished speaking skill Topic 2: Future plans In the lesson, I took part in games and activities that were funny and useful, such as role playing and guessing game I’m going to talk about my intention in the foreseeable future which is to establish an educational centre in my hometown I found the lesson fascinating because of teaching methods It was really a communicative method The teacher led Finishing my graduation, I have worked for a private school I have planned to work until I’m 35 and then have early retirement I am aware of high demand for study now, not only for knowledge but also living skill To achieve my future plan, I need to prepare well, both finance and capacity The amount of money I’m currently saving per month should allow me to start my dream Moreover, attending teaching method courses is really necessary to improve my pedagogy I will have close friends as employees and authorities of teaching, initially I will work in the centre for years to make it run smoothly When the business would go on with its own path, I will enjoy my vacation Establishing a centre is about one technological device that I have purchased recently but didn’t live up to my expectation It would be probably year or so when I bought a cell phone I bought Nokia 630 at a shopping mall I saved money to purchase a smartl phone over months that would allow me to use the internet and install applications Due to my budget deficiency I thought Nokia 630 would be a good choice and then I was convinced by a salesman to buy this one I spent almost half an hour testing the phone before purchasing it I used the smart phone for u couple of weeks smoothly and I was really satisfied with it functions However, in one day, it started malfunctioning even though Iused it very carefully The problem was that the touch buttom didn’t work and I couldn’t ultilize any more I tried to contact with the service centre and was informed that the cell phone would be checked One week later, I took it back and it worked well All of a sudden, the smart phone had problem with touch functionality again One more time, I had it fixed in shopping mall However, this issuerepeated Initially, I didn’t use it and decided to purchase another cell phone that made me satisfied Topic 4: Tourist site I’d like to talk about one of my favourite tourist destination In regard to accommodation, although there were multiple choices of hotels, we liked to stay in homestay The reason is that homestay is more reasonable Moreover, we had to book a room in advance because it’s now perfect time to visit Da Nang To enjoy the natural and cultural beauty in the city, Ba Na Hill is one of the most interesting destinations to see We went to and spend all day joining games and activities there It was really awesome to enjoy the feeling of being in the air in the cable car and grasp the whole city For activities, a visit to night market was fantastic We bought a lot of souvenirs as present for family and friends Besides, we joined a range of local events such as music festivals, street shows After receiving result of university entrance exam, I got a vacation in Da Nang that was spondsered by my parents as a gift for my efforts It’s a pity that you don’t try local food Not only is it diverse but delicious and highly nutritious I spent days in Da Nang with my friends I’d like to talk about my special gift Topic 5: A favourite present On my birthday, I received one unforgettable birthday gift from my best friend, an unprofessional tailor, which is a shirt The interesting thing is that she made it by herself Nevertheless to say, she also made another for her, so we had a couple of shirts At the back of these shirts, she put our nickname on, accompanied with cute icons On meetings or hanging out with my classmates, I and my friend often wore the shirts and made them surprising Form some distance, people often mistook me for her because of our things in common Our body is slim with short hair and oval face I liked to show off how awesome I felt to dress the shirt up Although tailor lines on sleeves and body shew her unprofession of tailoring, her emotion and sincere were all tied in the shirts I will keep the gift carefully, my symbol of true friendship Topic 6: A company I’d like to talk about an enterprise that I wish to work in Last year, I had a chance to an internship in Vincom for months, and it is my dream workplace where I want to apply for a job Vincom, the real estate company, is supposed to be the most important sector which makes great contribution to the success of the Vingroup They have taken over a lot of well-known resorts, luxury villas around Vietnam My major involves the property business, so I wish to work there Staff are dynamic and work professionally They formulate their business strategy clearly and try to reach the targets which they have set It was a valuable chance for me to broaden my own knowledge not only in my major but also in many other fields It will enhance my soft skills and enlarge my social network Therefore, I will try my best to become an employee in Vincom in the near future Topic 7: Festival/Event I’d like to talk about a traditional festival I’ve ever experienced in my country, which is New Year New Year day is one of the most widely celebrated festivals People celebrate with great joy, hope and numerous cultural programs It takes place once a year, falls on the first days of January annually I and my family prepared to celebrate it about one week in advance We cleaned the house and went to the market to buy flowers and candies The most interesting is that my parents often make banh chung ,and all family members gathered around and cooked through night On New Year Eve, I and my family gathered together, ate food, prayed for the prosperity and best things, and stayed awake till late night to enjoy firework displays When I was a little boy, my mother often bought me new clothes to wear at New Year But now I’m mature, it’s no longer important to me However, I chose the most beautiful costume to wear It is an important festival Traditionally, we start the year with the hope of eliminating the bitterness and failure of the past year and start a fresh year with that of fortune and happiness Topic 8: A café I’d like to talk about a café that made a great impression on me A month ago, I went to a café to attend a birthday celebration of one of my friends and this was a unique place that caught my eyes Its name is “Chạm” nearby the centre shopping mall I was a bit inquisitive about the café when hearing the name But after I reached there, I found out it was quite a large place and in fact well-furnished than a conventional party centre It was a Friday evening when one of my friends reminded me the birthday invitation of Trung Having bought a small gift for Trung, I and my friends went to the café About 15 people attended the party, most of whom are my friends Differently from other parties with noisy music, this one was a bit peaceful Invitees all wished Trung a happy birthday party and best things I sat on a corner, slowly sipped my wine and enjoy soft music To my amazement, over 10 items were served which were white heavy for an evening meal I felt like they shone a corner in the café I had to say I had a very delightful experience in this café The environment was quite unique with gorgeous painting and decoration along with delicious food and friendly service Topic 9: A party I’d like to talk about my plan to celebrate coming wedding anniversary of my parents Invitees of the party will be just family members, so we can have private time to be together In regard to place and date, because the exact date of wedding anniversary is on Friday while almost family members come back home late, it would be better if I leave the party one day later That means we can enjoy the party comfortably without worries of work A café might be better than a restaurant as my parents like to go to the café I and my sister all wish my friendly The highlight of the trip to the village was going to the paddy fields to help the farmers harvest the crop It was such an once-in-alifetime experience which I really enjoyed It’s a pity that
