Tp Hồ Chí Minh, ngày 13 tháng 09 năm 2011 Phạm Văn Phước iv TÓM TẮT Đề tài “Ảnh hưởng chất điều hoà sinh trưởng mepiquat chloride xử lý hạt giống đến sinh trưởng, phát triển suất (Gossypium hirsutum L.)” tiến hành Nha Hố, Nhơn Sơn, Ninh Sơn, Ninh thuận, từ tháng 07/2010 đến 05/2011, để xác định nồng độ thời gian xử lý mepiquat chloride 40 SL thích hợp cho hạt giống nhằm tăng hiệu kinh tế cho người trồng bơng: thí nghiệm đánh giá ảnh hưởng nồng độ thời gian xử lý hạt giống VN01-2 mepiquat chloride 40 SL đến sinh trưởng, phát triển suất bơng, bố trí theo kiểu lô phụ, nhắc lại lần; đánh giá tác động mepiquat chloride 40 SL xử lý hạt giống VN01-2 đến khả phát triển sinh khối rễ thực chậu, yếu tố, theo kiểu hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên (CRD), nhắc lại lần; thực nghiệm mơ hình xử lý hạt giống VN01-2 mepiquat chloride 40 SL sản xuất bông, bố trí khơng nhắc lại Một số kết nghiên cứu sau: 1) Xử lý hạt giống bơng VN01-2 chất điều hòa sinh trưởng mepiquat chloride 40 SL với nồng độ thời gian khác có ảnh hưởng đến khả sinh trưởng, phát triển suất Tác dụng mepiquat chloride 40 SL xử lý hạt giống nhận thấy rõ giai đoạn từ gieo đến giai đoạn nụ: làm cho cành ngắn; thấp có xu hướng rút ngắn thời gian sinh trưởng Nghiệm thức xử lý nồng độ 400 ppm cho suất lý thuyết 39,4 tạ/ha, suất thực thu 33,4 tạ/ha, vượt 24,6% suất so với đối chứng 2) Nghiệm thức xử lý hạt giống VN01-2 chất điều hòa sinh trưởng mepiquat chloride 40 SL nồng độ 400 ppm có tác dụng rõ từ gieo đến thời điểm nụ: kìm hãm chiều cao (23,2 cm, đối chứng 25,6 cm), tăng số lượng rễ phụ (tăng 26,3% so với đối chứng), chiều dài rễ tăng khoảng 3,8 cm so với đối chứng Trọng lượng sinh khối lá, thân, rễ cao hẳn so với đối chứng 3) Thực nghiệm mơ hình xử lý hạt giống nghiệm thức xử lý với nồng độ 400 ppm cho suất thực thu 28,1 tạ/ha, cao đối chứng (27,5 tạ/ha), lợi nhuận đạt 20.255.000 đồng, vượt 1.685.000 đồng/ha so với đối chứng v ABSTRACT The thesis “Effect of mepiquat chloride treated seed on the growth, reproductively and yield of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.)” was carried out at Nha Ho, Nhon Son, Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province from July 2010 to May 2011 The purpose of these experiments is to determine concentrations and treated duration of mepiquat chloride on cotton seed to increase farmer economic efficiency The experiment assessing the impact of mepiquat chloride 40 SL concentrations and treated duration on VN01-2 seed to growth, reproductively and yield was done following the split plot design with replications The effect of mepiquat chloride 40 SL treated on VN01-2 seed following to biomass and root development, was organised in pots, completed random design (RCD) with replications The model of mepiquat chloride 40 SL treated seed application was carried out in cotton production without any replication The results as follow: 1) Using plant growth regulator mepiquat chloride 40 SL on VN01-2 seed with different concentrations and treated duration affected on growth, reproductively and yield of cotton The effects of mepiquat chloride 40 SL have clear observation from sowing to bulb phases: short internodes; height reducing and vegetative phase reduction In there, the treatment 400 ppm in hours had theory yield 39.4 quintals/ha and real yield 33.4 quintals/ha, and the yields were 19.8% higher than those of control 2) The treatment using plant growth regulator mepiquat chloride 40 SL on VN01-2 seed at 400 ppm in hours has clear effects from sowing to bud period: inhibited plant height (23.2 cm compared to 25.6 cm of control), increased adventitious roots (increased by 20.8% compared to control), main roots augmented by 3.8 cm compared to untreated Mass weight of leaves, stem, and roots was higher than that of control 3) In the field model ,seeds treated with 400 ppm mepiquat chloride 40 SL in hours yielded 28.1 quintals/ha more than control (27.5 quintals/ha) The profits gained 20,335,000 VND/ha that surpassed 1,685,000
