HOUSE LỜI NÓI ĐẦU Cuộc Tổng điều tra sở kinh tế, hành chính, nghiệp năm 2012 (sau gọi tắt Tổng điều tra) tiến hành lần thứ theo Quyết định số 1271/QĐ-TTg ngày 27/7/2011 Thủ tướng Chính phủ vào thời điểm 01/4/2012 doanh nghiệp 01/7/2012 sở sản xuất kinh doanh cá thể, đơn vị hành chính, nghiệp, sở tơn giáo, tín ngưỡng Đối tượng Tổng điều tra đơn vị sản xuất, kinh doanh (các doanh nghiệp, hợp tác xã sở trực thuộc doanh nghiệp nước, chi nhánh/văn phòng đại diện doanh nghiệp nước ngoài, sở sản xuất kinh doanh cá thể phi nông, lâm nghiệp thủy sản), quan nhà nước, tổ chức trị, đồn thể, hiệp hội, đơn vị nghiệp, sở tôn giáo, tín ngưỡng Loại trừ hộ sản xuất nơng, lâm nghiệp thuỷ sản (đã điều tra Tổng điều tra nông thôn, nông nghiệp thủy sản năm 2011) sở thuộc đoàn ngoại giao, Đại sứ quán, Lãnh quán nước ngoài, tổ chức quốc tế hoạt động lãnh thổ Việt Nam Kết sơ Tổng điều tra Ban đạo Tổng điều tra Trung ương công bố Họp báo Bộ Kế hoạch Đầu tư ngày 04 tháng 01 năm 2013 Kết thức Tổng điều tra Tổng cục Thống kê biên soạn, công bố tài liệu gồm 15 ấn phẩm: - 01 ấn phẩm chung toàn đơn vị kinh tế, hành chính, nghiệp, tơn giáo tín ngưỡng với phân tích tổng quan, bảng số liệu phản ánh thực trạng phát triển sau năm 2007 - 2012 sở kinh tế, hành chính, nghiệp (kể tôn giáo) qua hệ thống tiêu số lượng sở, lao động trình độ đào tạo, mức độ trình độ ứng dụng cơng nghệ thông tin - 06 ấn phẩm khu vực doanh nghiệp, chuyên đề cho loại hình doanh nghiệp - 08 ấn phẩm chuyên ngành thương mại dịch vụ nước, thương mại dịch vụ đơn vị có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngồi, ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin Kết chung tổng hợp ấn phẩm phản ánh tranh toàn cảnh số lượng, qui mô, hoạt động đơn vị, sở kinh tế, hành chính, nghiệp Để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho người sử dụng thông tin, kết Tổng điều tra biên soạn phổ biến qua sản phẩm điện tử khác đĩa CD, trang web Tổng cục Thống kê Tổng cục Thống kê hy vọng sản phẩm nói cung cấp thơng tin hữu ích cho quan quản lý hoạch định sách, nhà nghiên cứu trong, nước nhiều đối tượng sử dụng tin khác Với lượng thông tin lớn, phạm vi rộng, nội dung phức tạp nên trình biên soạn phân tích, ấn phẩm khó tránh khỏi số sai sót, hạn chế Tổng cục Thống kê mong nhận góp ý tổ CỤC THỐNG KÊ PREFACE The fourth Establishment Census 2012 (hereafter called Census) was conducted in accordance with the Decision No.1271/QD-TTg dated 27 July 2011 of the Prime Minister on April 2012 for enterprises and on July for non-farm individual business establishments, administrative and non-profit, establishments and religious foundations The Census covered all businesses and production establishments (enterprises, collective and their establishments, affiliates/representative offices of foreign companies, non-farm individual business establishments), public agencies, politic organizations, unions, associations, non-profit establishments, religious foundations The Census excluded agriculture, fishery and forestry households (which were covered by the 2011 Rural, Agriculture and Fishery Census) and establishments in diplomatic corps, embassies, foreign consulates, international organizations operating in Vietnam Preliminary Census results were released by the Central Steering Committee at the Press Conference of Ministry of Planning and Investment on January 2013 The Census final results have been compiling and disseminating in a set of documents consisting of 15 publications: - 01 general publication on all establishments with broad analysis, tabulations to reflect recent situation and development after years of all establishments (including religious foundations) through indicator system such as number of establishment, employees and qualification of trained labors, level of ICT application - 06 publications for enterprise sector including specified publications for each types of enterprises - 08 typical publications for trade and service area, FDI establishments and ICT application situation The general results of the census in this book reflects the overall picture of the developments on number, size and operation of unit and establishments In order to make favorable conditions for users, the Census’s results will be also compiled and disseminated via different electronic-publications such as CD-ROMs, macro and micro databases and the GSO’s Website GSO hopes that, these products, especially the general report of the census results, will provide useful information to management agencies and policy makers, domestic and overseas researchers and other users With a huge amount of information, wide-ranging, complex content, hence it is hard to avoid some errors or limitations in the process of compiling and analyzing in publications GSO is looking forward to receiving comments from organizations and individuals
