Demand for telecommunication services is increasing and expanding with many convenient services, includ es Internet and broadband.It can become universal access and have ability to take the place of fixed telecommunications needs - The company operates in the electronics and telecommunications industry, it requires continuous innovation and development of technology to ensure the business development in the increasingly fierce competitive environment - Technology is changing every day, especially the security system, anti-virus systems, data storage systems Therefore, company has to upgrade to ensure information security and business security 3.Weaknesses ( W) - Because the company's network spread across the country ,applying a new application to all companies requi res large expensive in terms of cost and time - Currently,IT applications in companies provided by multiple partners ( from O & M applications to applications in the administration and management of the business situation) ,as a result, databases are not heterogeneous It lead to very difficul ities in integrating application systems together 4.Threats ( T) - More and more intense competition in the mobile telecommunications market in Vietnam affect the ratio of profit and revenue The choice of investment in IT systems that brings about the mosteffective benefits in the short term and long term is top goals - Because the company is owned by the state but the active mechanism is still insufficient, not oriented in long-term, this causes difficulties in oriention of production and business and so does the IT applications - Must deal with the "hot" growing problem: telecom industry environment, network security, revenue losses Information about the customer’s fee account are a favorite target of hacker’sactivities,hence, businesses must increasingly strengthen security system as well as improve the qualifications of the professional staff -
