đóng vai trò cầu nối Nhà nước, doanh nghiệp người dân hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường, góp phần giúp đất nước thực mục tiêu quốc gia hướng tới phát triển bền vững Vai trò tổ chức xã hội dân lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường dần Chính phủ xã hội công nhận Đề tài “Nghiên cứu tham gia số tổ chức xã hội dân lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường Việt Nam” tập trung nghiên cứu hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường số tổ chức xã hội dân sự, bao gồm: Liên hiệp hội Khoa học kỹ thuật Việt Nam (VUSTA), Trung tâm Nghiên cứu Phát triển Dân số, Xã hội Môi trường (CPSE) Trung tâm giáo dục thiên nhiên (ENV) Kết cho thấy, VUSTA, CPSE, ENV có mục tiêu, phương thức hoạt động khác nhau, nhiên tổ chức thể đầy đủ vai trò, chức tổ chức xã hội dân lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường là: (1) Phát hiện, tố giác vi phạm bảo vệ môi trường, (2) Phản biện xã hội môi trường, (3) Tư vấn, vận động sách môi trường, (4) Kiểm tra, giám sát môi trường, (5) Giáo dục – đào tạo, phổ biến, tuyên truyền bảo vệ môi trường Ngoài ra, Luận văn thuận lợi khó khăn VUSTA, CPSE, ENV trình hoạt động, qua đề xuất giải pháp nhằm tăng cường phát huy tham gia tổ chức lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường Việt Nam thời gian tới 12 Khả ứng dụng thực tiễn: Luận văn góp phần làm rõ sở lý luận thực tiễn vai trò tổ chức xã hội dân lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường Việt Nam Kết nghiên cứu đề tài cung cấp luận phục vụ xây dựng, hoàn thiện sách, thể chế quản lý tổ chức xã hội dân sự, qua phát huy vai trò tổ chức lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường, góp phần phát triển xã hội quản lý phát triển xã hội 13 Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo: (nếu có) 14 Các công trình công bố có liên quan đến luận văn: Không có Ngày 15 tháng 12 năm 2015 Học viên Lê Quốc Hùng INFORMATION ON MASTER’THESIS Full name: Le Quoc Hung Sex: Male Date of birth: June 30, 1991 Place of birth: Thanh Hoa Admission decision number: Dated Changes in academic process: None Official thesis title: “Research on Civil Society Organizations’ Involvement in Environmental Protection in Vietnam” Major: Environmental Science Code: 60440301 10 Supervisors: Nguyen Thi Hoang Lien (Ph.D), Hanoi University of Science 11 Summary of the finding of the thesis: A number of civil society organizations on environmental protection have been established and put in operation in Vietnam since the 1990s Such organizations are independent, autonomous, non-profit and closely connected to the community; and serve as a bridge between the State, enterprises and people when it comes to environmental protection, thus contributing to the realization of the national goal: sustainable development Their roles in the environmental protection affair have gradually gained the Government of Vietnam and the community’s recognition Under the title “Research on Civil Society Organizations’ Involvement in Environmental Protection in Vietnam”, the thesis focuses on environmental protection activities carried out by some civil society organizations such as Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), Research and Development Center for Population, Social and Environmental Affairs (CPSE), and Education for Nature (ENV) It is evidence that despite having different objectives and activities, VUSTA, CPSE and ENV have fulfilled the main roles and functions in environmental activities: (1) Detection and denunciation on failure to comply with environmental protection regulations, (2) Environmental social criticism, (3) Policy consultation and advocacy in the environmental issues, (4) Environmental control and monitoring, (5) Education and training, and communication campaigns on environmental protection Moreover, the thesis points out favourable conditions granted to VUSTA, CPSE and ENV as well as difficulties faced by them;
