the goal of providing an overview of common topics in pediatrics with embedded references that support the text and discussing controversies or current research into new management modalities Our target audiences are physicians in general, as well as pediatricians and primary care clinicians in training I’d like to express my thanks to Dan Onion, who acted as a mentor through the process of writing this book and for his valuable advice in reviewing the book for me I’d also like to thank Karen Gershman and Misha Lazerow, who also helped review chapters of the book Chiedza G Jokonya ix
