Today, as science and technology are developing more and more, people can attend classes while staying at home or somewhere by using the Internet. So, some people believe that going to classes should be optional for students. However, in my opinion, I disagree with this problem, because when students attend classes, they can get some extra knowledge from teachers, professors and other students. Moreover, they can exchange their ideas and knowledge with other students together. And it is also the good way for students to practice their responsibilities and discipline in their study as well as in their work in the future. The following reasons will illustrate my point of view.To begin with, while attending classes, student will get some extra knowledge that they cannot find in any books. Teachers and professors always add their own knowledge and experience into their classes. Some knowledge comes from their real experience and others come from reading various kinds of books. So, attending classes will bring a lot of profit and benefit to students in order to expand lots of knowledge and experience. For example, if I learn English alone, I will not improve many skills such as writing, reading, speaking and listening from my teachers and professors. Therefore, as I attend English class every day, I can assemble and enlarge my knowledge. I also get lots of rich information about culture and tradition in England while attending classes.Secondly, attending classes is also a good way for students to practice their responsibilities and discipline in study and work every day. When students attend classes, they must face a lot of problems and difficulties in study. So, if they solve these problems well, they will achieve success in study, and prepare for their career in the future. For example, students must go to school on time and accomplish all of homework before coming to classes. Furthermore, in the class, they do not sit nodding, and make noise. So, each student will keep discipline while studying in the class.Finally, as students attend classes, they will have many opportunities to cooperate with teachers and other students, so they can exchange and share their ideas and knowledge with other people together. This will help students gain and expand their knowledge. Moreover, it also motivates students to find a lot of information in various kinds of books in order to exchange and discuss with study group while studying at class.
